Pizza Hut Superdetective
Conceptor
The brief
Goodby Silverstein & Partners came to Hyper Island for a workshop. They asked us to come up with a campaign that would involve all senses. The client we could choose for ourselves.
The idea
We chose Pizza Hut as our client and came up with a story where the recipe of their new pizza got stolen. By using all your senses, online as well as offline, you need to find out who stole the recipe.
The concept
The crime scene as well as your investigation board were online. You could login and find more clues, and bring them all together to find the right suspect. Some clues you could find online, some needed some offline action.
The result
Goodby, Silverstein & Partners advised us to think a bit further and make sure it would work on all target groups, especially the younger ones. The idea was good, but we should've gone a bit further, a bit more crazy.
The crime scene
This is where the recipe got stolen. Use your eyes well, scan the place carefully and discover new clues.
Your desk
Here you could bring all your clues together, go over your clues on more time, and eventually elect the suspect that you think stole the recipe.
Use your ears
By listening well, you could find the missing words in the transcript. Any clues in there?
Bring the pieces together
Torn pieces of paper are lying on the floor. Bring them together to find new clues.
Buy a pizza, and get a new clue
During the campaign, Pizza Hut would be hiding clues in the products they sell, for example in their pizza boxes, or in candy you receive when buying a pizza.
I'm sure it's him!
Once you're absolutely sure about your suspect, you can elect him in your dashboard. After a few weeks, the thief will be announced. Depending on how many clues you've found, and which suspect you elected, you might win the grand prize!
